This blend of two culinary gems from Polynesia, the very popular Tahitian vanilla and salt from Bora Bora, creates a fine and subtle salt, incredibly fragrant.
Tahitian vanilla comes from the neighboring islands Tahaa and Raiatea, which are renowned for having the best vanilla in the world. The vanilla pods are dried in the sun and massaged by hand.
Salt is kept in a recycled plastic bag.
Usage tips
It will sublimate your fish and seafood dishes. Use it to salt and flavor your pastries, cream sauces, or certain vegetables such as squash, zucchini, pumpkins, etc.
